How to make quinoa poha

Step-1

take two portion water and one portion quinoabring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. drain exces water .keep aside take ghee in pan add cumin seeds let it splitter add garlic , green chillies add onion ,fry till translucent add veggies aadd salt add boiled quinoa and mix garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
