Ingredients for quinoa paneer
- › Quinoa: 80 gms
- › Paneer: 60 gms
- › Ghee: 10 gms
- › Veggies: 100 gms
1. Prepare quinoa by adding water to it and boiling it for 15 mins app.
2. In a separate pan add coconut oil then add paneer and stir till it is light brown
3. Now add spices and veggies and then salt as per needed, let them cook for 5 mins
4. Now remove it from the stove and add the cooked quinoa to it, add a dash of lemon and some coriander...and u r done !!
