How to make Quinoa Moong Khichdi
Soak quinoa and moong dal for half an hour
Heat oil in pressure cooker.Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
Add turmeric , chilli powder,hing, curry leaves and quinoa fry for a minute
Add 2 cups of water ,salt to taste and pressure cook for 6 whistles on medium flame.
