- Quinoa 50gms
- spinach 50gms
- Onion capsicum cabbage green chillies
soak quinoa in water for 30minutes and boil until cooked, also parboil the spinach seperately.
Add cumin seeds and green chillies to a pan, now add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook on low flame for 10min.
add quinoa and spinach and mix well
cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes and add black pepper powder and chat masala
garnish with coriander leaves at last.
