How to make Quinoa Khichadi
Step-1
add ghee
Step-2
add cumin and hing
Step-3
put carrot and sauté
Step-4
put quinoa and sauté then all regular spices
Step-5
add water ( i added 1:3 ratio)
Step-6
let it cook and soak all the water
Step-7
if required add more water
Step-8
i have added some cucumbers and buttermilk in the side
