How to make Quinoa in Kadhi
Step-1
Kadhi: mix besan in a bowl with curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder in a bowl, avoid lumps. Add sunflower seeds and kadhi patta in a frying pan,let it crackle ,pour the mixture in the pan, cook for 25minutes, keep stirring.
Step-2
Soak the quinoa in water for 30 minutes, parboil the quinoa and set aside.
Step-3
heat a pan, add oil, onion, cook until translucent, add kadhi and quinoa, cook untill for 10minutes,till complete water is evaporated or desired constiency is achieved.
Step-4
serve with spinach and veggies
