How to make Quinoa Dosa

Step-1

Take 100 gms of Quinoa into a bowl and soak it for atleast 2 hours

Step-2

Now rinse the quinoa properly and add it to the blender/mixer to this add approximately half a cucumber, green chilies, ginger and salt to it

Step-3

DON’T ADD WATER AT ALL, as we have already added cucumber as mentioned above

Step-4

Now grind it to the consistency of dosa batter and make your dosas
