Ingredients for Quinoa Dal Khichadi
- › Quinoa & Tur dal ( 1:1 ratio) ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp curry leaves onion & tomato - 2 tbsp each coriander leaves
1. 1. pressure cook 40 gms quinoa & 40gms tur dal for 3 whistles (Alter quantity as per your diet) 2. In a pan, add oil ,jeera ,hing ,ginger garlic paste, curry leaves & saute 3. add 2 tbsp onion & 2 tbsp tomato & saute till cooked 4. add the mashed quinoa & tur dal paste 5. add salt , rasam powder / chilli powder 6. garnish with lime & coriander leaves.
