Ingredients for Quinoa Chickpeas Slaw
- › Quinoa
- › Chickpeas
- › Red Cabbage
- › Tomato
- › Capsicum
- › Carrot
- › Cucumber
- › Lemon
- › 1 Cheese Cube
- › Peri Peri Masala
- › Black Pepper
- › Black Salt
- › Mint leaves if you like
1. Put 20gm Quinoa to boil until it absorbs all the water, roughly 15 minutes.
2. Side by Side boil 30gm Chickpeas with at least 5 whistles
3. Grate all the veggies in the meantime. Use the thicker side of the hand grater.
4. Mix Quinoa, Chickpeas and Veggies, add lemon, peri peri masala, black pepper and black salt. Top it with grated cheese and garnish with chopped mint leaves.
