How to make Quinoa Chickpeas Slaw
Put 20gm Quinoa to boil until it absorbs all the water, roughly 15 minutes.
Side by Side boil 30gm Chickpeas with at least 5 whistles
Grate all the veggies in the meantime. Use the thicker side of the hand grater.
Mix Quinoa, Chickpeas and Veggies, add lemon, peri peri masala, black pepper and black salt. Top it with grated cheese and garnish with chopped mint leaves.
