Ingredients for Quinoa Bowl
- › Avocado - 150g
- › Quinoa - 45g
- › Egg - 1 large
- › Mixed veggies - 180g
- › Oil - 10g
Method
1. Pressure cook quinoa with 1:2 proportions of quinoa and water
2. Boil egg on the side and sauté veggies in 5g oil
3. Take cooked quinoa, veggies, boiled egg and half avocado. Drizzle 5g of olive oil on top and serve it hot
