Quickest Protein Pizza
- Soya flour 25gms
- Wheat flour 25gms
- Oil 3gm
- Pizza Sauce 10gms
- Cheese slice 3
- Paneer 25gms
- Herbs & seasoning
- Veggies 100gms
Make the dough of soya and wheat flour with little bit of salt. Make small tortillas/chapati on the pan with or without oil.
Cut all the veggies in the shapes you like.
Now take the chapati, put pizza sauce on top. Add your cheese at the bottom.
Add your veggies and rest of the cheese on top with some herbs and seasoning.
Microwave for 3-4 mins or put it in the pan with a lid andddd Enjoyyyy☺️
