  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic- 5-6 cloves
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger-1/2 inch
  • Recipe Ingredients listCummin seeds-1 pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chilli-2
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listRice / wheat flour- 5 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listCardamom powder-1 pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listGaram masala-1 pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listFresh cream- 1/2 tsp for garnish

Direction

Step-1

Clean and blanch spinach leaves {boil water , add spinach leaves, cook for 2-3 mins , remove leaves and add to cold water Or microwave leaves in water ( till cooked)and add to cold water }

Step-2

Coarsely grind garlic, ginger and green chilli

Step-3

Remove this paste , in same grinder jar add Palak leaves,1 tsp rice or wheat flour Grind to form Palak purée

Step-4

Now in a nonstick pan heat 5 g butter or ghee Add cummin seeds

Step-5

add coarsely ground ginger garlic chilli paste

Step-6

add Palak purée and keep stirring

Step-7

Add garam masala, salt and pinch of cardomom powder

Step-8

Add paneer pieces when gravy thickens a bit

Step-9

Garnish with fresh cream or grated paneer Enjoy!!!!
