Ingredients for Quick fix Coconut ladoo
- › 100 grams Desiccated coconut
- › 15 ml fresh cream
- › Stevia powder as per taste
- › Pinch of green cardamom powder
Method
1. Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan on low flame.
2. Add stevia powder and green cardamom powder as per taste.
3. Cool it little and add fresh cream as a binding agent.
4. Batter is ready make ladoos out of it. Cool it in fridge for sometime and enjoy.
