Quick fix Coconut ladoo
- 100 grams Desiccated coconut
- 15 ml fresh cream
- Stevia powder as per taste
- Pinch of green cardamom powder
Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan on low flame.
Add stevia powder and green cardamom powder as per taste.
Cool it little and add fresh cream as a binding agent.
Batter is ready make ladoos out of it. Cool it in fridge for sometime and enjoy.
