- Chocolate Flavoured Whey - 2 scoops
- Oats - 100 g
- Chocolate chips - 25g
- Coconut oil - 15 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 15 g
- Almonds - 13 g
- Peanuts - 50 g
Roast all the nuts for around 2-3 min and chop them into coarse pieces
Dry roast rolled oats unti golden brown with the chocolate chips
Switch off the flame and let the oats cool for few min and then add chopped roasted nuts, coconut oil, whey powder to it and mix it well.
Add little bit of water to combine everything together and make quick bites of shape / size of your choice.
