Ingredients for Quick Boiled Egg masala fry
- › Boiled Egg -2 sliced
- › Ghee/oil-5gms
- › Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- › Chilli powder-2 tsp
- › Pepper powder-2 tsp
- › Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- › Salt
Method
1. In a pan, add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt
2. Add sliced boiled egg and coat masala well by turning egg slice
3. Add pepper powder
4. Let it fry in ghee for 2 min, thats it
