Quick & Healthy Cheese Sandwich
- Bell Pepper - 50 gms
- Carrot - 20 gms
- Wheat Bread - 60 gms (2 slices)
- Ghee - 5 gms
- Cheese - 2 slices
Cut bell pepper and carrot into blocks and put in a chopper to make very fine pieces
Layout first cheese slice on top of one bread and then evenly spread all chopped veggies over this cheese slice. Then put second cheese slice on top of the spread veggies and close the sandwhich with the another bread slice.
Take a pan and heat it. Put ghee on the pan for 39 seconds
Put the prepared sandwhich on the heaters ghee and roast each side for about a minute to get crispy top layer on both breads.
Enjoy with Green Coriander chutney
