quick and easy Dinner under 500kcal
- Paneer -100gms Green peas- 30gms Onion- 1 Tomato -1 Cashews- 2 Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon Coriander- 2 spoons chopped For Rice: Ghee -2 spoons Jeera- 1 tbsp
Panner Peas Masala: In 1 tbsp ghee fry sliced onions, green chilles,tomatoes, 2 cashews, kasoori methi, gg paste. Let it cool and grind into fine paste. Now, fry Panner and Green peas for 2 mins. Pour the grinded paste in to this and boil it for 10 mins. Serve hot with Rotis.
