Quiche style spinach & mushroom omelette (2 portions)
- 4 eggs (whole)
- 1/2 cup onion chopprd
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup mushroom chopped
- 10 gm butter or oil
- 2 Amul cheese slices
- Salt and black pepper
- Pls note these ingredients make 2 portions. Make it and have it twice. (I have provided the macros for 1 portion that means 1 serving for 1 person.)
In a pan sauté onion, mushrooms and spinach all in a little butter or oil.
Combine 4 eggs with the onion, spinach and mushroom mixture.
Beat thoroughly and add salt, black pepper powder.
Use a slow cooker (I made it in this) or Take a deep pan that’s not too wide and smear with a little oil. Heat the pan and then pour the egg mixture and let it cook on a very slow flame with a lid.
Add grated cheese or torn cheese slices.
Depan it after it is cooked (approx 10 minutes on a very slow flame).
