How to make Quesadilla
Step-1
For Batter- In a bowl, put gram flour and all the spices and make a nice pancake batter.
Step-2
Make lightly roasted soft pancakes of Roti size on non- stick without oil and keep it aside.
Step-3
For filling- Put Chopped capsicum on baking tray for 5 mins and take out and let it cool down.
Step-4
Now put all the spices and cheese with vegetables and mix it well.
Step-5
Put filling on half side of Pancakes and fold it and bake it for 2 mins or keep it on non- stick pan for 2 mins.
Step-6
Healthy Quesadilla is ready to serve๐๐
