Ingredients for Quantified Egg Fired Rice with soya chunks
- › Soya Chunks, 50gm
- › Green Vegetables, 100gm
- › Egg, 4 pieces
- › Uncooked rice, 38gm
- › Oil, 5ml
Method
1. Grind the soya chunks
2. Cook the rice
3. Add oil to a pan
4. Add the vegetables and grinded soya chunks Add salt and turmeric as per choice
5. Mix the eggs to the cooked rice, mix well
6. After the vegetables and soya chunks are half cooked add the mixed rice and eggs to the pan
7. Let it cook in low flame Sprinkle peeper as per choice Ready to serve
