Ingredients for puri and aloo sabji
- › 45gm soya chunks flour
- › 40gm wheat flour
- › 15 ml oil (5ml for kneading flour, 5ml for greasing tray, 5ml for aloo sabji)
- › 100gm potatoes
- › salt as per taste
- › red chillies
- › ajwain
- › 1/4th tsp baking powder
Method
1. 1. knead dough mixing soya flour, wheat flour, salt, ajwain and 5ml oil for puris. rest it for 15 min. 2. pre heat otg for 10 min on 220⁰ and roll out puris. 3. this much flour will make 5-6 puris (small size) 4. separately boil potatoes, peel and make aloo sabji in 5ml oil as per your taste. 6. put rolled puris on the greased tray (5ml oil that is left). keep checking and turn the puris in between. 7. tadaa, awesome lunch is ready
