How to make Punjabi Egg Curry
Step-1
In pan take 5g ghee
Add 1/ 2 tsp turmeric ,red chilli, salt
cook on low flame
Add 1/4 cup water and cook the spices.
Add boiled eggs and cook till spices are coated on them.
In other pan add 15g ghee
jeera & curry leaves
Add Onion paste and saute till pink.
Add tomato paste,green chili and ginger garlic paste.Saute
Add 1/2tsp salt, turmeric, red chilli and saute.
Add 2 cups of water and cook covered for 2 min on medium flame.
Add garam masala and roasted eggs.
Cook covered for 2 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves
