How to make Pumpkin(South Indian style)
Step-1
Cut raw pumpkin into pieces
Step-2
Take a heated pan , add Methi seeds cook until it turns golden brown.
Step-3
Now add curry leaves , pumpkin, add salt , turmeric etc. cover the lid for 5 mins.
Step-4
After 5 mins add grated coconut, coconut milk , add chilli flakes , red chilli and again cover the lid for 5-10 mins in low flame.
Step-5
Now add dry mango powder , stevia ( as per taste ) and cook until itโs done.
Step-6
Serve hot with Chapati. ๐
