How to make Pumpkin carrot halwa

Step-1

Grate pumpkin and carrots

Step-2

Heat a kadai and add grated pumpkin carrots and cover with lid Cook on low flame for 10mins

Step-3

Add black cardamom seeds,ghee and mix well

Step-4

Cook for 5 mins

Step-5

Add saffron soaked in milk,sweetener and mix well Cook for 5 mins uncovered

Step-6

Garnish with chopped almonds or dry fruit of ur choice and as per macros
