- › Pudina / Mint leaves 40 g
- › Urad dal 10 g
- › Tamarind 3 g
- › Dried red Chilly 3 g
- › Cooking oil 6 g
- › Hing
- › Salt
1. Saute urad dal in low flame until nutty aroma is felt while they turn golden brown
2. Add chillies and tamarind and saute for a minute
3. Switch off heat and saute pudina completely Grind the ingredients adding HING and SALT and enjoy as side dish or rice mix !!
