How to make Pudina Urpindi (Mint)
Step-1
Saute urad dal in low flame until nutty aroma is felt while they turn golden brown
Step-2
Add chillies and tamarind and saute for a minute
Step-3
Switch off heat and saute pudina completely
Grind the ingredients adding HING and SALT and enjoy as side dish or rice mix !!
