Ingredients for pudalankai kootu(snake gourd bengalgram kootu)
- › 50g bengal gram, 200g gourd veggie
- › garlic pod, salt, turmeric, chilli powder
Method
1. cook dhal for 2 whistles. Add 200g gourd, pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, two pods of garlic and cook till veggie was cooked. you can season it with coriander or curry leaves if needed.
