take a 45 gm oat in 100 ml milk one or two hour before your breakfast time or
you can do one night before and put in freezer

chop banana ,
Step-3
add 150 extra milk in oat
Step-4
add banana
Step-5
add peanut butter and dry fruit.
Step-6
add whey protein
Step-7
add honey
Step-8
and mix it with mixture or grinder

add some pomegranate if you like (optional)
