Protien packed dosa
- Moong dal with chilka - 30 Grams
- Moong dal without chilka - 35 Grams
- Urad dal without chilka - 5 Grams
- Green chilli - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
Soak dal for an hour.
Grind dal with green chilli and ginger in mixer.
Add salt to the batter and water as required.
Mash paneer, add finely chopped onion and salt for stuffing.
Heat dosa tawa and spread the batter to make a dosa.
Now sprinkle some ghee and spread stuffing.
Fold the dosa and enjoy with peanut or coconut chutney 😋
