How to make Protien Oatmeal with Fruits
Boil one cup of water and add the Rolled oats with a pinch of salt (Can add stevia if available)
Chop apple and add cinnamon powder. Pour the warm oatmeal on the fruits.
Cut and fold whey protein and Enjoy!
