How to make Protein Tikkis
Step-1
Grind Soya Chunks in a mixer to fine powder
Step-2
Boil potatoes and finely chop capsicum
Step-3
Mesh paneer and potatoes and mix the chopped capsicum and soya chunks powder along with it
Step-4
Add the spieces of your taste and mix well
Step-5
Once the misxture is ready, take equal portion and form it in the shape of tikkis
Step-6
Grease the frying pan with oil or ghee of your choice, i took ghee, and cook the tikkis on the pan.
Step-7
Take it out in a plate and add curd and spieces for dressing. You can also add tamaring Chutney/sauce as per macros and enjoy
