Ingredients for Protein tikki
- › Paneer 50gm
- › Soya chunks 40 gm
- › Ghee 10 gm
- › Garlic
- › Chillies
- › Coriander
- › Salt and masala
1. Soak soya in water overnight
2. Remove water from soya
3. Add soya, paneer, garlic chillies in mixer/blender
4. Make paste by spinning 2-3 min
5. Add salt , masala and make small tikkis
6. Tawa fry the tikkis.
7. Taadaaa protein tikkis are ready to be served!!!
