Defatted Soya Flour/Soya Chunks Powder 30 grams Besan 20 grams Unflavored Whey 15 grams Tamarind 5 grams Sweetner Salt Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste Red chilli powder Turmeric Powder Asafoetida Spinach leaves Washed and Trimmed For Tadka: 5 grams oil Mustard Seeds Sesame Seeds (optional)

Step-1
Mix everything except the tadka items and leaves.
Add some water to make it a smooth paste
Run a rolling pin over the spinach leaves to soften the veins and stem. Spread the paste over the leaf and top with another leaf. Spread paste over it too, fold in the sides length wise and then roll.
This made around 10 such rolls
Steam the rolls and slice them once cold. They can be had as it is or you can saute them a little in oil and mustard seeds ka tadka🥰
