Step-1

Mix everything except the tadka items and leaves. Add some water to make it a smooth paste Run a rolling pin over the spinach leaves to soften the veins and stem. Spread the paste over the leaf and top with another leaf. Spread paste over it too, fold in the sides length wise and then roll.
