How to make Protein rich spinach chilla

Step-1

Make spinach puree using green chillies and salt.

Step-2

In a bowl, add ragi flour, spinach puree & whisk eggs in it. Add salt

Step-3

In a pan, add ghee, pour the batter. Now grate the paneer on it. Once cooked, flip side and cook the other side. Serve hot.
