Protein rich ghobi paratha
- ghee :3 gms soya chunk powder : 20 gm wheat flour :15 gm paneer : 15 gm grated cauliflower
this will make 1 paratha : 1. Take soya chunk powder , wheat flour , paneer in a bowl and put some salt , red chilli powder , jeera and crush some dried fenugreek leaves in it. knead it into a dough. 2. grate some cauliflower 3. now make a stuffed cauliflower paratha out of this kneaded flour qnd cook it properly using 3 gms of ghee 4.Enjoy with a cup of ginger tea ☕ ps : u can increase the qty of wheat flour if u want ..though paneer will help to bind the soya flour easily and will help make u a soft paratha !!
