Ingredients for Protein Rich Fruit Cream
- › Fresh cream : 100 gram
- › Banana : 30 gram
- › Del Monte Fruit: 400 gram
- › Whey protein : 50 gram
1. Add 100 gram cream and a banana in a bowl. Mix is well to make a creamy paste
2. You can add 20-30 ml milk to it to make it less thick.
