How to make Protein Rich Fruit Cream
Step-1
Add 100 gram cream and a banana in a bowl. Mix is well to make a creamy paste
Step-2
You can add 20-30 ml milk to it to make it less thick.
Step-3
Add fruits and whey protein , mix it well and keep it for some time to get deep freeze. I love having this chilled you can also try the same. You are ready for serve this lip smacking FRUIT CREAM.
Step-4
You can make it without adding whey protein also.
