protein rich chilla
- all plant protein 20gm besan 20gm nutrella powder 20gm mixed flour 20g ghee 10gm
- curry or corriander leaves salt, spices as per taste
mixed flour has chana, bajra n jowar flour in equal proportions. take all flours n add salt n cilli powder corriander powder ,chat masala, curry leaves or corriander leaves. make a thick batter with water n cook it on nonstick pan with slight brush of ghee. tasty chilla are ready. optional can serve it with paneer grilled to increase protein further.
