  • Recipe Ingredients list100 gms Paneer (Churn in mixer grinder)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 scoop Vanilla flavored Whey Protein
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 Almonds
  • Recipe Ingredients list200 ml water
  • Recipe Ingredients listSweetener of your choice (Optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listA few drops of rose essence
  • Recipe Ingredients listRose petals for garnishing

Direction

Step-1

In a non stick pan add 5ml ghee and grated carrots along with 200 ml water, sweetener of your choice and cardamom.

Step-2

Stir and simmer on a medium flame with covered lid till carrots become little soft (Keep checking in between and add more water incase it dries up)

Step-3

Add blended paneer, rose essence and stir till most of the moisture is used up.

Step-4

Finally add Whey Protein and mix well till it dries up.

Step-5

Switch off the gas and Garnish with almond silvers and rose petals. Serve hot.
