How to make Protein pumpkin soup

Step-1

All the ingredients are pressure cooked for a few whistles and left to cool. After it cools make a puree using hand. Red Rajma 50 gm (you may take as per your allowed portion. Rajma are great source of fibers, minerals like manganese, magnesium, molybdenum and many more easing digestive and constipation issues. Also it has some decent amount of protein and off course carbs ). Boil it and remove from water and add to above warm puree. I dry fried some onion and veggies like bell pepper , capsicum , mushroom and added to puree along with chopped coriander and mint. Added some cinnamon powder, red chilli, cumin powder. Just stir in the whey protien powder you like until you reach your preferred thickness, and you're set! I used 1 scoop unflavored whey. Enjoy the thick warm soup

Did you add whey in the hot soup, or after it cooled down? Would it not get crumbly if added in hot liquid?
