Ingredients for protein prantha
- › Soya chunks 30g
- › Wheat flour 50g
- › Cheese slice
- › Ghee 5g
Method
1. Grind soya chunks and mix with wheat.Add Ajwain kasuri methi salt and Make a dough
2. Roll two rotis
3. Place a cheese slice on one roti & place other roti and seal the sides
4. Shallow fry and it’s done
