Ingredients for Protein pancakes with berry juice
- › Whey protein - 1 scoop
- › Wheat flour - 20gms
- › Milk - 100ml
- › Egg - 1
- › Cooking oil - 5gm
- › Honey - 5gm
- › Cream - 15gm
- › Mixed berries - 100gm
1. In a bowl, mix whey powder,wheat flour, milk, egg.
2. Put oil in a pan.
3. Pour one ladle from the whey mixture.
4. Cook on both sides for 3 minutes. Makes 3 medium sized pancakes.
5. Drizzle some honey on pancake and serve with a dollop of cream.
6. Blend berries with cold water to make a glass of sumptuous juice.
