- Banana - 300 grams
- Flax seeds - 30 grams
- Milk - 300 ml
- Dates - 50 gram
- Oats - 100 gram
- Eggs - 3 whole
Mix oats flour, grounded flax seeds and whey together.
Add eggs, milk, banana (mashed with a fork) and dates ( cut into small pieces or blended ) to the mixture.
Mix the batter well so all the ingredients are incorporated.
On a non stick pan, put a spoonful of batter and spread it like dosa ( not too thin ) and let it cook.
