  • Recipe Ingredients listDates - 50 gram
  • Recipe Ingredients listOats - 100 gram
  • Recipe Ingredients listWhey - 3 scoops ( I use cookies and cream flavour )
  • Recipe Ingredients listEggs - 3 whole

Direction

Step-1

Mix oats flour, grounded flax seeds and whey together.

Step-2

Add eggs, milk, banana (mashed with a fork) and dates ( cut into small pieces or blended ) to the mixture.

Step-3

Mix the batter well so all the ingredients are incorporated.

Step-4

On a non stick pan, put a spoonful of batter and spread it like dosa ( not too thin ) and let it cook.
