- wheat flour/ maida (50/gm)
- Banana (1 med size)
- Eggs (2)
- Butter (10 ml)
- Vanilla essence, baking powder/ eno(unflavored)
- Almonds(5 gm- for garnish)
- Honey (optional)
Step 1: Start with preparing a batter, crack 2 eggs in a bowl/ blender, add a banana, then add half a teaspoon of vanilla essence and sugar free .Blend this mixture really well.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add 50gm of wheat flour or maida to it. Add a quarter teaspoon of baking powder/ unflavoured eno to it.
Step 3: Now add the egg and banana mixture to the bowl and whisk really well . It should have a flowy consistency.
Step 4. Heat a non- stick pan ,add butter to it. Once it's hot, pour the batter in the middle of the pan and let it spread through the edges.
Step 5: Let it cook from one side. once it's done , flip it very carefully and let it cook from the other side nicely.
Step 6: Once done, do it for the second time, plate the Pancakes and garnish them with chopped almonds and banana coins and drizzle honey over it.
Step 7: Your delicious protein Pancakes are ready. Note: You can make 2-3 Pancakes from the mentioned quantity depending upon the size of cakes.
