- Half scoop whey
- 20 Almonds (ground almond meal)
- Half Banana
- Palm spray
- Cinnamon powder
- Baking powder
Take 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder 15 grams almond meal ( ground almonds) Add a pinch cinnamon powder, pinch baking powder, enough water to make batter to be able to pour on the pan ( slightly thicker than Dosa batter). Mix well.
Now on a pan, Use Pam spray. Pour the mixture on Pan, in 45-50 seconds turn it the other side else it may burn.
Now take Half Banana, Chop banana into small pieces and place them in the between the pan cakes. Garnish with 5gms almond meal . It makes 2 pan cakes. Quick and yummy. Credit goes to my client:)
