How to make Protein Pancakes
Step-1
Take 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
15 grams almond meal ( ground almonds)
Add a pinch cinnamon powder, pinch baking powder,
enough water to make batter to be able to pour on the pan ( slightly thicker than Dosa batter). Mix well.
Step-2
Now on a pan, Use Pam spray.
Pour the mixture on Pan, in 45-50 seconds turn it the other side else it may burn.
Step-3
Now take Half Banana, Chop banana into small pieces and place them in the between the pan cakes.
Garnish with 5gms almond meal .
It makes 2 pan cakes.
