Ingredients for Protein pan cakes
- › 1 Protein scoop
- › 4 egg whites
- › 2 whole eggs
- › 5gm butter
- › 2gm stevia
Method
1. Add one scoop protein powder to 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Add stevia as per taste. Add vanilla essence 2 drops. Beat the batter until powder dissolves. Heat the pan and after greasing with butter pour the batter. Flip after 2-3 minutes until brown.
