Protein Pan Cakes
- Whey 2 Scoop
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Whole Egg
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- 3 to 4 spoon water
- Pinch of Salt
- Raspberries for presentation
- Pinch of Baking Powder
Mix Whey, Milk, Egg, Water, Cinnamon powder, Salt, Baking Powder and give a run in grinder. It will become semi liquid batter.
Keep Non Stick Frying Pan Pre heated a little.
Now Spread batter on pan to prepare small round cakes on low heat. No need of oil
After few seconds it will leave the surface and check if it get cooked then cook from another side as well for few seconds on low heat.
Enjoy them with peanut butter or Coffee.
