How to make protein packed Zakhni
Step-1
1.Soak soya chunks in warm water for 10min
Step-2
2.Squeeze water from chunks and air fry or pan fry till golden brown.i cooked in air fryer for 10 min at 180
Step-3
3.Heat ghee in a pan and add cardamoms,cloves,cumin and add 1 tsp water and mix
Step-4
4.Add curd and mix well and let it cook for 5 min
Step-5
5.Add fennel seeds powder,dry ginger powder,salt as per taste and soya chunks and mix well
Step-6
6.Add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid and cook for 5min
Step-7
It’s ready to serve.
Garnish with green coriander
Can be served with steam rice or chapatis
Soya chunks can be replaced by paneer, mushroom or Lauki and even mutton & Chicken
